About a year ago I herniated a disc in my low back. As an athlete, this was basically a career ender. My goal was to absolutely not have surgery on my spine. I was very skeptical when I started going to get adjustments to help with migraine headaches. I haven't had one since I started almost 2 years ago and Dr. Accordo has made me a believer in Chiropractic care. I told him about muscle pain in my elbow and he referred me to his Licensed Massage Therapist, Vicky Collins.
